Snowy

It's been snowy in Texas this "winter". Last week, just before Christmas eve, it was 75 degrees, the next day it was a huuuuuuuuuuuge snow storm.* What has gotten into the barometers!?

*huge to Texas means ice and snow flurries. The flakes were pretty big, so naturally everyone FREAKS out and drives like a maniac. Correction: like a drunk maniac. Roads shut down, grandmas (thankfully) stop driving, accidents ensue, holiday plans jumble.

  1. Um, I'm pretty sure only non-Texans call winter here "winter" as if it is a figment of a crazy person's imagination. You might consider dropping that mean little habit, bear.

  3. No, that's the point! Quotation marks are the problem. It should just be winter because that's what it is. Not fake-Texas winter or sarcastic winter or whatever you were meaning with the quotation marks. See what I mean now?
