Snickerdoodle.

Just as a caveat-I'm not going to turn this blog into a cooking blog. I promise.

However, that being said, I have been cooking a lot more lately, and now I'm kinda into baking. I made PW's chicken parm last week, and last night I made these amazing Snickerdoodle Muffins.

*these are photos from the Tasty Kitchen

I'm telling you-these are amazing. So gooey, so scrumptious. I brought them to work today, and I'm sure my coworkers hate me for it.

ps. I substituted Bob's gluten free flour instead of real flour...next I'll sub greek yogurt instead of the sour cream...

Spring

is upon us! What trends are you dying to try? Reading up on some trend reports, these are what I'm excited for:

1. Biker/motorcycle clothing.
2. Lace/eyelet etc: (except I'd never be this NAKED! Way to rock it, Anna)
3. Stripes, stripes and more stripes. I am a forever lover of stripes.

4. And a little bit of punk fashion to top things off:

Happy Spring!

Flare

Usually I don jeans like the gal on the left...

But today I have my jeans on that are so similar to the gal on the right (hemmed them last night!!)...are times changing?

Illusions

It happens all the time. You get ready in the comfort of your own home, with the lighting just right and the mirror just right. Then you go to work...first stop to the bathroom and you gasp "what happened?! It's barely been an hour!"

Check out Garance's post.

Maybe we should just hide all the mirrors at work and carry on with the day feeling fabulous. The inner confidence will surely shine through and make the rest disappear...

Neon Brights

You're totally feeling it too, aren't you? JCrew, Madewell, Urban, and Rachel Zoe are all on the same wavelength right now with the blinding neons in their collections.

I thank the 80s for these bright hues, but I'll gladly leave the rest of the 80s in the past and try to wear these shades in a more classic way...a simple cardigan, a sassy shoe, a necklace or two...

Do you love or hate?
