Bachelorette Weekend.

This weekend I will be part of not one but TWO fabulous bachelorette parties!! Katie and Laura are both having October weddings so they both chose this weekend for their celebration! I chose to split my time between the two of them (and two cities!)

First stop... San Antonio!!
What: Laura's celebration day 1
Who: prettiest friends from when I lived in San Antonio
Where: Dinner at La Tuna and some drinks out
Outfit: Slightly casual...high waist purple H&M skirt, American Apparel tank, Nordy Wedges.
Next stop: Travel back to Dallas! What: Katie's Bachelorette!
Where: Relax poolside for the afternoon
Next: Dinner out, night on the town!

I am SO excited to celebrate with both of these lovely ladies :)

All About Henna

Last weekend at the Dallas Flea, Virginia and I had the pleasure of having our booth next to Surinder of All About Henna. I've never been very drawn to Henna, but after sitting next to her all day, even I wanted a design!! She has gorgeous prints and artwork and candles for sale, and even will help you throw Henna parties!

Here is Surinder at her lovely booth: (sorry for the greenness of the image..the lighting in the Flea was TERRIBLE!)

and here's what she drew on me (after the paste was scraped off). It is darker now, and on my shoulder.

I can't wait to call upon Surinder in the future! :)

**also, did anyone notice how she rocked the denim on denim? This is something that, when called upon to don it, I run for the hills. What did she do? Don her stilletos and strut on out. Sigh.

Gossip Girl here..

Oh come on. Admit it-this is one of your guilty pleasures. I find myself getting lost in the fashion, the drama, and the unrealistic lives of these fabulous characters. Last night was the season premiere (shhh! I didn't get a chance to watch it!) and I'm anxious to see what all Gossip Girl has in store for this season.

Slow to Start

Monday already? I had such a full weekend I am shocked that Monday is already here. My sister and I participated in our first craft bazaar/flea market which took up all of Saturday. Celebrated my birthday that night with great friends (I have the best friends!!!) and laid low yesterday.

Any new music to suggest? I just downloaded the Sara Bareilles' new album this morning. Liking it so far..

Tomorrow I hope to share with you pictures and stories about the bazaar! :)
